Lexicon Relocation Online Account Guidelines:
  1. Passwords must be a minimum of 8 characters long, and contain at least 1 alpha character [a-z], 1 numeric character [0-9], and 1 non-alpha/numeric special character: ~`!@#$%^&*()-_+={}[]|\;:"< />,./
  2. Next time you are prompted to reset your password you will need to follow the above guidelines.
  3. You cannot use any of the previous 10 passwords.
  4. You will be asked to reset your password every 180 days.
  5. If you forget your password, you can click on the self-service link "Forgot your User ID or Password?" to request your password be reset.  You will receive an email with a new temporary password.
  6. If the User ID and/or password is entered incorrectly 5 times your account will be locked for 1 hour after which you can log in again using the correct password. If you continue using an incorrect password, you will continue being locked out. Using the "Forgot your User ID or Password?" link in this case will not resolve the issue. You need to contact Lexicon Relocation to unlock your account.
  7. If there has been no account activity for 365 days, your account will be locked and you need to contact Lexicon Relocation to unlock it.
