Password Requirements
- Password minimum 15 character length with at least 1 letter, 1 number, and 1 symbol: ~`!@#$%^&*()-_+={}[]|\;:
- Cannot be a previous password.
- If you enter your PW 4 times wrong, just use the link above to get a new PW. If you enter the PW 5 times wrong, your account is locked for 1 hour.
- If your account is locked for inactivity or failed login attempts, contact us for help.
L360 Requires Multifactor Authentication
- Multi Factor Authentication via SMS has been activated in L360.
- We do not share, sell, or provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
- SMS message frequency varies based on registration activity and new device access. Message and data rates may apply.
- Our MFA process now requires all users to login in and input an SMS enabled phone number of your choosing. You will now receive your MFA code via text message.
